Fix: Forms

Forms collect the details you need before or during a booking. If a form never appears or answers go missing, check whether it is published and attached.

Work in order from top to bottom. If nothing here matches, capture the exact error text, URL, time, and account role, then ask your business owner or Contact with those details.

Form does not show to customers

  • Confirm the form is published, not left in draft.
  • Check that it is attached to the booking step or item where you expect it.

Responses are missing or incomplete

  • Only submitted forms are stored; a customer who abandoned checkout leaves no response.
  • Required fields must be marked required, or customers can skip them.

These articles describe the HoldKit product surface. Hosted behaviour also depends on your deployment environment (database, SMTP, Stripe, and signup flags). Your owner or host can confirm values in .env when a panel says something is not configured.
